Project description
The project aims at the application of modular mentored training models in the corporate IT (hard-skill) and training (soft-skill) market and the development and implementation of the necessary models, methodologies, services and supporting target infrastructures, cloud and social media services. The development and implementation of mentored learning models will significantly increase the effectiveness of education and training compared to traditional and current classroom, distance learning and e-learning solutions. The use of mentoring models is a completely new field, not self-evident and not widespread in the corporate training market, and their development and targeted application can therefore provide participants with a very significant competitive advantage. The main focus area to be supported by the project is to increase the efficiency of short-term adult training, to better serve and cover the IT and skills needs of companies in the labour market and in the competences field.
The project will result in a new, scalable training and methodological platform that can lead to a measurable increase in productivity and competitiveness and thus economic growth for enterprises and organisations in the short term.
