Process improvement based on Lean Six Sigma

The main objective of the training is to familiarise participants with the characteristics of business processes, some basic methods of their development and their main characteristics, and to enable them to choose the most appropriate method in a specific situation. As business process improvement is typically a team effort, participants will be briefly introduced to the basic requirements for effective teamwork, the role of the team leader and the responsibilities of team members. The context of process improvement work and its stakeholders will be reviewed. During the training, participants will deepen their theoretical knowledge by solving practical exercises, during which they will try out elements of the process improvement toolbox that are often and widely used in teamwork.

The training is designed for those who want to learn the basics of business process improvement, but also want the knowledge and tools to effectively manage simple improvement situations.
