As a leadership trainer and organisational development consultant, she has delivered complex development programmes for numerous Hungarian and multinational companies across both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Her work focuses on personal development, assertive communication, leadership development and supporting effective organisational performance.

István Ottó Nagy brings three decades of experience in leadership, project management and organisational development, giving his training programmes a highly practical and business-focused approach. He has contributed to hundreds of projects at international consulting firms and, as a university lecturer, has also supported the development of several generations of leaders.

Organisational Awareness - The Power of Self-Awareness

Why is self-awareness becoming increasingly important in leadership and in shaping organisational culture? Greater self-awareness leads to better decisions – and can therefore become a key driver of business success. In this session, we will explore how automatic reactions influence leadership behaviour and how self-awareness can help leaders recognise and avoid common pitfalls.

Speaker: Viktória Kovács

Viktória Kovács is an organisational development trainer and consultant with more than 15 years of experience. Throughout her career, she has delivered complex development programmes for small and large companies as well as non-profit organisations. Her work focuses on skills development, assertiveness and supporting organisations in achieving more effective performance.

The morning presentations will be followed by parallel breakout discussions in the afternoon. During registration, participants can choose which topic they would like to join.
