Description
When it comes to digital product development methodologies, there are many methodologies. Agile development and testing, Scrum, Kanban, product management, OKR and many more. This course gives a comprehensive overview of all of these.
- The first block will look at agile thinking, with a focus on how the engineering manager is present in the life of each team in different ceremonies.
- The second part moves on, with the main focus on values and culture based on effective and predictable collaboration. This provides the basis for hiring the right people in a company and for consistently assessing their development and encouraging them to perform better.
- In the third part, the product strategy is a very important part of all this, a kind of northern lights for the team. It sets the direction that we work and strive for together.
- The fourth part focuses on different feedback techniques. It is very important for building and maintaining a team that there is always direct communication between managers and colleagues. See needs and be able to respond to any problems that may arise.
