New Empowerment management
Description
Empowerment management, or empowering leadership training, helps leaders to learn and incorporate leadership tools into their daily practice that help empower employees, proactively find solutions to problems, increase colleague engagement and sustain long-term employee motivation. This requires a self-awareness of leadership, the identification of a preferred leadership style, which in the context of the training will help to redefine leadership where needed, and the development of a personalised toolkit that will support empowerment leadership in the long term.
Benefits
Before the programme, participants will fill in a natural leader questionnaire, giving them feedback on their own leadership. Feedback on the results of the questionnaire and the pre-programme interview will lead to a development plan, where the leader will identify the areas and goals for their leadership development.
Purpose of the questionnaire:

After the programme, participants will be able to create individual accountability, establish and maintain the commitment of colleagues. By raising awareness of leadership styles and enriching their style library, leaders will be able to manage their colleagues more effectively and implement empowerment-based leadership. The training programme will help leaders to achieve this by identifying empowering leadership tools that, when tailored, will help empowerment leadership in the long term.
