Training360's aim primarily is not to deliver training, but to deliver and develop complex, customised training solutions and services tailored to the needs of individuals and companies, from needs assessment, knowledge assessment and training management to evaluation.

All of our courses are available in a customised format, meaning that the content, topics and number of hours can be tailored to the client's needs. Customised training can also be requested for courses that are not published or can only be delivered on demand.

What are the benefits of a tailor-made course?

The training can be carried out at the location or locations provided by the customer. If required, we can also provide the necessary training infrastructure as part of our Training360 flying classroom package!
Education can be provided to more groups or more students and/or on a placement basis, with significantly more favourable financial arrangements.
Tailor-made topics and teaching materials can be created, which are tailored to your needs and shorter than the advertised courses.
Our managed training services are available to assist in the delivery, coordination and evaluation of high quality and effective training at all stages of the educational project.
It is also possible to implement special training solutions that are not feasible in traditional training (e.g. e-learning materials).
Tailored training is much more effective, as the training is only given to the students of the company, and it is also possible to discuss issues and topics that may or may not occur in real life (consultation).

Managed training services

Educational consultancy

We provide free professional and training consultancy for training managers, training officers and human resources professionals, enabling them to tailor training schemes and strategies to fit their company's IT infrastructure and profile the best. We will also explain the financial support and the preferential schemes available.

Preliminary knowledge assessment

To assess the level of knowledge of the participants in the course in order to allocate groups and/or to optimise the topics. We have both a paper-based and a flexible and quick-to-use web-based assessment/evaluation system. We can also carry out a practical assessment on request. In the case of a tailor-made course, the necessary knowledge assessments are prepared separately.

Tailoring of themes, curriculum development

We have a modular curriculum in Computer and Office topics that build on each other, so they can be adapted and customised to different needs. In other subjects, we can compile, customise and supplement the material from official, our own and purchased learning materials as required.

Use of e-learning materials

We also offer and develop multimedia, online learning materials on Office to complement traditional instructor-led courses. Either standalone or installed on a company server, company employees can work through the course material flexibly, at their own pace, independently, complementing even instructor-led practical training and consultations.

On-site pre-course consultation

If there is no need or requirement for a prior knowledge assessment, it is possible to clarify and optimise the needs in the form of a 1-2 hour informal discussion and consultation between the instructor and the students, and to flexibly (in real time) adapt the topics on the basis of these.

Carrying out the training

Providing and planning the resource management and logistical tasks necessary for the delivery of training (in the case of outsourced or multi-site training projects).

Evaluation

If required, we can also develop and evaluate tests, homework or assignments to measure the effectiveness of the course and the mastery of the material. In addition, participants can also take official Pearson VUE examinations. For these exams we can also provide a dedicated exam preparation consultation on request. The quality of the training courses is continuously measured by questionnaires completed by the participants and the results are sent to our clients on request.

Further consultation, support

We also provide exam preparation consultations, additional individual or group trainings and consultations. We also undertake the implementation of complex, enterprise Office systems, the creation and design of enterprise documentation templates, the customisation and configuration of Office teamwork support systems by arranging an appointment.

With our Training360 flying classroom package, our mobile classroom with high-end notebooks or desktops, network access point and printer, you can run any course on-site, from simple Office training to resource-intensive IT courses.

All you need to provide is the location (room, flip-chart, projector and, depending on the course, internet access) and we will do the rest! The service is available throughout the country, within three working days, by prior arrangement.
