PREZ-DONTA
New Decision-making presentation - presentation board for senior managers - basic
Description
Writing decision-making material for senior managers is not trivial - although it is part of the job of many of us, few of us receive targeted training.
There are basically three stages to making a presentation. The first and perhaps most important is planning, because it is not all about what the main messages are and what the story should be. The next is the preparation of the presentation, when we sit down in front of the computer and, choosing the right programme (PowerPoint / Keynote / Prezi / etc.), we put the material together. The final step is to present the material: either in person in front of the management team or by sending it to the target audience.
The training focuses on getting the right mindset all the way through: on messages and stories, on design and structure, not on production or presentation. The training is about getting the information you want across to senior managers in a limited timeframe. Our instructor, Kálmán Kiss, brings his experience of nearly 20 years as a BCG middle and senior manager to this topic in a practical and entertaining way.

After Course
Individual cases can be developed during the training, but we can also offer further consultations after the training. This can take the form of individual case work for each individual or we can also offer an extra time for a whole team to review the presentation of the group based on the aspects already covered in the training.
