New Digital Product Management - Leadership and Communication
Description
Two skills are also required in the day-to-day work of Product management: communication and leadership. This course for experienced professionals will guide participants in this direction. It will guide you step-by-step with detailed advice and practical examples of how to do it.
The course is divided into three main parts, each offering expert guidance and concrete examples.
The first block focuses on communication strategies. We will help the participant how to convincingly demonstrate the product concept when presenting in public. Spoiler: tell a story that captures the audience's attention. We will also help them in situations where they need to talk face-to-face with their colleagues, explaining the visioned product in detail.
The second block of the course will help you become a better leader. Whether it's how to cope with steering subordinates, partners and stakeholders in the right direction or how to become more visible within the organisation.
Last but not least, in the third block, we give you advice on how to lead people.
By the end of the course, participants will have a clear picture of how to become an even better leader and will know how to apply these tips well in practice. By completing the course, participants will be confident and well-informed when facing assignments, positions and projects that require even more responsibility.
