DevOps, as a technological evolution and change in recent years, provides methodological solutions primarily for the more efficient and transparent operation of complex systems (such as cloud systems and services) that change frequently and rapidly, and for the coordination of the IT operations, development, service management and project management teams required to achieve this. DevOps is not a standard or a framework, but rather a conscious and appropriate assembly of several different building blocks into a single entity.

In recent years, it has become clear that DevOps-based operations can make an organisation more efficient and at the same time make customers more satisfied. But this requires professionals who understand, accept and apply the principles of DevOps.

Training360's two-tier DevOps training courses can help you do just that. While the DevOps Foundation training focuses on the fundamentals, practices and skills, the Leader training builds on this and looks at the organisational implications, possible transitions and human/worker relationships. Both trainings also prepare you to obtain the international PeopleCert DevOps certifications associated with the training.

During the two days of Leadership, participants will be able to build on and build on the Fundamentals training, using the DevOps assessment tools, and progress through the theoretical material to assess the DevOps maturity of their organisation, and to define future visions for which roadmaps can be developed.

The executive level course will cover the concepts and terms used by DevOps management, the principles and tools for designing and maintaining DevOps transformation, the practices and processes used to adapt DevOps within the organisation. It will clarify why DevOps leadership is needed in modern enterprises and how it aligns with value creation.

Examples and exercises to be solved together will help to understand and apply the theoretical material.

Upon completion of the training, it is possible to take the official, international PeopleCert DevOps Leader exam, which requires the DevOps Foundation certificate. Exam fee is excluded
