DEVOPS-S
New DevOps Foundation course with Phoenix Project business simulation
Description
DevOps, as a technological evolution and change in recent years, provides methodological solutions primarily for the more efficient and transparent operation of complex systems (such as cloud systems and services) that change frequently and rapidly, and for the coordination of the IT operations, development, service management and project management teams required to achieve this. DevOps is not a standard or a framework, but rather a conscious and appropriate assembly of several different building blocks into a single entity.
In recent years, it has become clear that DevOps-based operations can make organisations more efficient and customers more satisfied. But this requires professionals who understand, understand, accept and apply the principles of DevOps.
Training360's two-tier DevOps training courses can help you do just that. While the Foundation training focuses on the fundamentals, practices and skills, the Leadership training builds on this and looks at the organisational implications, possible transitions and human/worker relationships. Both trainings also prepare you to obtain the international PeopleCert DevOps certifications associated with the training.
The Phoenix Project training, based on a simulation game, aims to enable participants to learn and understand the conceptual and operational background of DevOps and the opportunities it offers, so that they can effectively integrate into a DevOps environment or become a precursor to creating one. During the training, examples and exercises to be solved together will help to understand the theoretical material and its application.
The basic concepts, principles and tools used in DevOps, the related methodologies, the culture required for an efficient and effective enterprise, the applicable practices, processes and technologies will be introduced. Note: This training does not include DevOps tool usage and exercises related to software development or operations. Exam fee is excluded.
The course is delivered by an expert with over ten years of experience in IT service management, project management, information security management and cloud and development projects.
Upon completion of the course, it is possible to take the official international PeopleCert DevOps Foundation exam, a prerequisite for the DevOps Leadership certification.
