Group dynamics training
Description
Modern management theories pay particular attention to the operation and management of organisational units, i.e. teams. The explanation is that a well-performing team with group cohesion can achieve much greater results and create a more pleasant organisational atmosphere than a group of individuals. Because of the above finding, leaders need to take particular care to build the group so that it functions as an autonomous problem-solving unit, and that group members are able to prepare decisions, make group decisions and deal with differences and conflicts between them in an intelligent way. Working groups do not naturally become teams. In team building, leaders and key people have a key role to play.
