New Team building - cooperation development
Description
In the life of an organisation, employees do their work with a certain level of awareness, but more instinctively. Our team-building, collaboration development training will make you more aware of your instincts, and as a result, you will be more organised and more effective.
Our aim is for participants to understand the drivers of their own behaviour and to experience the power of teamwork through interdependence. Through challenges and positive reinforcement, it will be possible to unlock the skills that lie deep within participants.
Retaining good employees is often a question of organisational morale, acceptance and team spirit. Our programme is designed to help teams working together to realise their hidden potential, to identify and overcome obstacles to their development, and to empower them to perform at a high level.
The aim of the programme is to build cooperation and good human relations between staff and to strengthen commitment to the organisation.
Suggested For
For teams working together, for partner departments, for groups that are even partially linked to each other in the organisational structure.
Benefits
Team-building training mainly brings about positive changes in individuals and groups in the following areas. Interpersonal openness, i.e. the ways in which we relate to others. People show more trust in each other, become more open, express their opinions more directly, give and ask for feedback.
In the growth of their self-identity. Group members' self-esteem and personal self-worth and autonomy increase. The need for direction from others decreases and the need for direction from within increases. Greater inner stability develops.
Increased tolerance and acceptance of others and their opinions, mistakes and solutions.
Increases group cohesion within an organisation. Its manifestations include mutual protection, a sense of community, adherence to group norms, solidarity, and maintaining motivation. Against this background, group cohesion increases the commitment to a particular group, to a particular company.
