Developing solutions in a Microsoft Azure environment
Description
The course is for developers who are responsible for developing and hosting Azure solutions, designing and building cloud applications and services.
During the course, developers will learn how to build end-to-end solutions in a Microsoft Azure environment, how to connect Azure and 3rd party services, and gain insights into monitoring, debugging and optimizing Azure solutions.
Attendees will learn how to implement Azure services, create Azure Functions, implement and manage web applications, develop appropriate Azure hosting solutions, implement identity and authorization processes, and secure services.

The course builds on the topics covered in the Developing solutions for Microsoft Azure (AZ-204) course.
The 5-day course consists of the following modules:
- Creating Azure App Service Web Apps
- Azure Features Implementation
- Developing blob storage solutions
- Develop Cosmos DB storage solutions
- Implementing IaaS solutions
- Implementing user authentication and authorization
- Implementing secure cloud solutions
- Implementing API management
- App Service Logic Apps development
- Development of event-based solutions
- Development of mail-based solutions
- Monitoring and optimization of Azure solutions
- Cache and content service integration
Prerequisites
Participants should have 1-2 years of professional development experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure. In addition, participants should be familiar with at least one Azure-supported programming language (e.g. C#, Node.js, Azure CLI, Azure PowerShell, and JavaScript). As the course materials are in English, at least a document-reading level of English is required to complete the course.
