Description

The aim of the workshop is to introduce you to the Atlassian world, Jira Software, Jira Core, Jira Service Desk and Confluence.

An 8-hour workshop, where the introduction to each module is followed by practical examples.

The course is delivered by Training360's professional partner META-INF, with decades of dedicated Atlassian experience

Following the course, participants will:

  • Participants will become comfortable with the Jira and Confluence interfaces
  • They will be able to use the basic features, using options that do not require administrator privileges, to customize their working environment using control panels and queries.
  • They will be able to try out good practices to improve the efficiency of a team, for example in project management, time management and collaboration.

Participants in the training will get 1-year access to our e-learning material, Agile Fundamentals, which provides a comprehensive overview of the agile approach and the most popular agile methodologies and concepts

Atlassian's cloud-based solution is a very easy tool to deploy, even for small teams, without the headache of operations. The workshop is open to all interested parties, from those with no previous training who are new to this world, to server, data center Jira and Confluence users who are interested in the differences and specialties of cloud computing.

For administrators, we recommend our training for Jira administrators, where they can easily transfer what they learn in a server environment to their own cloud platform.
