Description

How to develop a product quickly and flexibly? What organisational methods can we use to prepare for frequent changes and keep the project on track?

Agile project management offers proven methods to drastically reduce wasted resources, increase the motivation of project participants and manage the uncertainty inherent in innovative projects. Agile project management is now used not only in software development, but in all industries where innovation and close collaboration across disciplines is required.

This two-day course with extended content aims to provide participants with the knowledge of agile project management methods to successfully manage and respond to changes in the business environment, and to identify situations where agile project management methods are more effective than classical ones.

The course is primarily aimed at practising project managers and leaders, but it is also important that the external and internal environment of the project, i.e. project sponsors and project members, are familiar with agile project management techniques and approaches. In this workshop-style training, besides the theoretical background, we will share a lot of practical, best practice advice with our participants.

The course is delivered by experienced trainers with many years of Agile project management and support experience, as well as continuous involvement in sharp Agile methodology implementations and consulting. Having worked in environments ranging from small business to large enterprise teams, they have a wealth of practical best practice advice to share with participants.
