Description

The real trick to agile software development is to keep experimenting, experimenting, making mistakes and, most importantly, always learning the lessons. This is the only way to evolve and adapt, to adapt as much as possible to the given circumstances. Of course, every company, every project is structured differently, works differently, has a different environment, from a technological, hierarchical and business point of view.

The aim of the course is much more down to earth than that. It gives a detailed, practical account of the experiences of the past years on how to implement agile methodologies in different corporate environments. Rather than dry theory, it focuses on the integration of the methods into everyday routines, using simulation and role-playing.

In addition to the introduction of agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) , exercises will give participants the opportunity to try out events, new ways of working, teamwork and shared responsibility. With the help of our experienced product owner and/or scrum master trainer, participants will be enriched with a lot of new ideas and concepts, which will help them to improve their own working conditions and operating model the next day.

We recommend this course to people involved in software development projects (development managers, managers, project managers, developers, testers, business analysts), as it will touch all the roles around software development and will give you a lot of new knowledge about the field, while applying real projects and methodologies. During the training, there will be an opportunity to discuss specific circumstances and to get advice on how to further develop agility in your own workplace. There will also be an opportunity to discuss the implementation process and the prerequisites and support needed for a successful agile implementation.

The course will be delivered by experienced trainers with many years of agile project management and software development support experience, as well as continuous involvement in live agile methodology implementations and consulting. Having worked in environments ranging from small business to large enterprise teams, they have a wealth of practical best practice advice to share with participants.
