Agile solutions

An agile mindset is nothing more than maintaining continuous value creation in an ever-changing environment. When first confronted with theories, they may seem clear and simple. However, reality interferes with our plans, implementing an agile framework or tool is never simply a matter of keeping a few rules and ceremonies. Training360 aims to help teams, systems and managers not only master the agile mindset, but also apply it.

Through training, simulations and consultancy, we offer solutions for agile operations.

How to get started?

Every organisation and team is different, the business is different, the context is different, the people are different, there are many differences. Our aim is to understand the needs of our clients and deliver solutions that deliver real and measurable results.

To do this, we first assess the status quo, select and adapt the best agile model to the goals to be achieved, pilot programmes where necessary to assess how the organisation responds to agile, and then embed the knowledge into teams through training, consulting and shadow coaching.

Later on, we will also be involved in maintaining and scaling up the systems that have been developed.

An agile organisation will only really work if there is a high level of trust between the participants.

This requires straightforward communication, so that we can enter into difficult conversations in order to put the interests of the product first. The methodology encourages regular dialogue so that ideas and doubts are constantly expressed. It also means that team members need to be constantly confident in each other's ability (and will) to implement the decisions that are made during these discussions.

How can we help?

Agile basic training

Agile methodology is an essential tool for digital product development and operations. We help our partners to achieve sustainable, stable project operations in an ever-changing business and technology environment, from a PMI approach to scrum/kanban methods.

Agile foundational trainings

SAFe Scrum trainings

Agile transformation has been a major challenge for large enterprises, helped by SAFe, one of the leading methodologies in the market, launched in 2011. One of its main concepts is the ART (Agile Release Train), which is a cross-functional, self-organising team (about 50-125 people), organised around a defined business or technology value or value stream. The SAFe training courses in our portfolio help participants to learn and master the roles in ART.

UX/UI training

In order to satisfy the customer after creating a digital product, it is not enough to create good code, but at least as much attention must be paid to the development and design of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). From the beginner designer to the most complexly working UX Researcher, our courses can help you find the right training for you.

Lean

It is not easy to implement or maintain a LEAN management system. It takes many years to learn and master the methodology, so our aim is to save our partners all this time by delegating master black belt consultants for LEAN transformation projects.
